The following are the five districts of the San Rafael canton in the province of Heredia. While I intend to observe other districts in other provinces for specific reasons, SR will remain the primary model local government and politics.
San Rafael: central district, seat of government
Santiago: southside of SR canton
San Josecito: westside of the canton
Los Angeles: northside
Concepcion: eastside
